General

• Our working days are Mondays to Fridays (9:00AM – 6:00PM) and Saturdays (9:00AM – 1:00PM), excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• For all order enquiry, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number.

• For urgent enquiry, please call us at +65 6361 0000 during office hours.

General Purchase and Delivery Info

• Please ensure that you have selected the correct product in the correct colors/sizes before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong item is selected.

• Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay or lost of your package.

• Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.

• In the event that we are unable to fulfil/ship your order due to out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, an exchange or refund will be made to your original mode of payment.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).

Payment

• We accept local Internet Banking (IB) and PayPal transfers only.

• By default, prices are stated in Singapore Dollars. Payment will be charged in Singapore Dollars and your credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.

• For payments via IB, kindly update your payment details via the link found in your invoice within 24 hours. Orders will automatically be cancelled after 24 hours.
